If you are a Course Producer/Course Creator and have a separate written agreement with Euleris regarding your content, that agreement governs to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.

User-Generated Content

You retain your intellectual property ownership rights over content you submit to us for publication on our website. We will never claim ownership of your content, but we do require a license from you in order to use it.

When you use our website or its associated services to post, upload, share, or otherwise transmit content covered by intellectual property rights, you grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly display, translate, or otherwise create derivative works of your content in a manner that is consistent with your privacy preferences and our Privacy Policy.

The license you grant us can be terminated at any time by deleting your content or account. However, to the extent that we (or our partners) have used your content in connection with commercial or sponsored content, the license will continue until the relevant commercial or post has been discontinued by us.

User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features of our website or services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide a phone number that you own or are authorized to use, if you choose to enable phone-based login.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. We may retain certain account information as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Phone Authentication & SMS

You may optionally add a phone number to your account and use it to log in via one-time passcode (OTP) sent by SMS. By providing your phone number and opting into phone-based login, you:

  • Consent to receiving automated SMS messages containing verification codes at the phone number you provide.
  • Acknowledge that standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
  • Agree to provide a valid phone number that you own or are authorized to use.
  • Are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and SIM card, as anyone with access to your phone number may be able to receive login codes.

You may remove your phone number from your account at any time through your account settings. We use Twilio to deliver SMS verification codes; Twilio's use of your phone number is governed by Twilio's own privacy policy and terms of service.

Payments, Billing, Refunds, and Disputes

Certain courses or features may require payment, for example, a one-time fee per course. Payments are processed through Stripe, and we do not store your full payment card details. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes. Prices are displayed at checkout in the currency shown, taxes may be added where required or applicable, and price changes will not affect purchases already completed. If your payment is successfully completed, we will provide access to the purchased course through your account. If a payment fails, is reversed, or is charged back, we may suspend or terminate access to the purchased course and, if necessary, your account.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are eligible only if (a) course consumption is 25 percent or less and (b) AI interaction usage is 25 learner messages or less for that course, in each case as measured by our platform tracking. For refund eligibility, each learner-to-tutor message counts as one message, and each learner voice turn counts as one message. If a completion certificate has been issued for the course, the purchase is not eligible for a refund. After the 7-day window, or if you exceed either threshold, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. We may issue refunds, credits, or account adjustments at our sole discretion in cases such as duplicate charges, fraudulent transactions, or a verified technical failure that prevents access to the purchased course. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method, timing depends on the payment method and financial institution, and if a refund is approved, your access to the course may be revoked.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at contact@euleris.ai before filing a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend access to the related course while the dispute is pending and we may refuse future purchases or access if we reasonably believe an account is associated with fraud, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized payment activity.

Voice & Audio Features

Certain features may allow real-time voice interaction. If you enable voice features, you consent to:

  • Microphone access through your device/browser (as permitted by you).
  • Transmission and processing of your audio to provide the voice feature (including speech-to-text and text-to-speech functionality).
  • Storage of conversation transcripts (and related interaction metadata) in order to provide the service, maintain continuity, track progress, support troubleshooting, and improve the user experience, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

If you do not want audio processed, do not enable voice features or do not grant microphone access.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services and providers to operate and deliver our website and services (for example: hosting, storage, authentication, SMS verification, analytics, email delivery, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and AI model providers). Your use of our website and services may involve transmission of data to these providers as part of normal operation. Third-party providers' practices are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Course Producer Content and Processing

If you upload materials to create or administer courses (including presentations, documents, images, and other instructional content), you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload and authorize us to use that content as contemplated by these Terms of Service. You further acknowledge that we may use automated systems, including AI-based processing, to format, transform, and prepare uploaded content for delivery within our services.

Privacy and Data Use

Our collection and use of personal information and service data (including learning progress, quiz attempts, interaction history, and conversation transcripts) are described in and governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website and services, you acknowledge that your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

AI-Generated Content

Our services may use artificial intelligence to generate tutoring responses, training interactions, and related content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in some circumstances.
  • AI-generated content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.
  • You are responsible for how you use and rely on AI-generated outputs, especially for high-stakes decisions.

Organization Accounts

If you access our services through an organization (for example, your employer, school, or other entity), your organization may control and administer your access. Organization administrators may be able to view and manage information associated with your use of the services (such as enrollment, completion status, progress metrics, and activity summaries), consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Certificates

If we provide completion certificates, such certificates confirm completion of specified training content based on tracked activity and any defined completion criteria. Certificates do not constitute professional licensure, accreditation, or certification unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to revoke certificates issued in error or obtained through misuse or violation of these Terms of Service.

Liability

Our website and the materials on our website are provided on an 'as is' basis.
